Hasmukh thanked God for bringing Shah and Kapadia together. Anupama decided to perform aarti. Paritosh gets a call from Sanjana. He decides to meet her. Kinjal asks Paritosh what happened. Paritosh says she got a call from a multinational company and has to visit Mumbai for next 2 days.
Kavya and Anupama console Kinjal. Anu asks Anupama to start the puja as her environmental god Ganesha is waiting. Leela asks about the environmental God Ganesha. Anuj talks about eco-friendly idol. Anupama and Shah pray to God. Anupama insists Anuj to let Ankush and Barkha also perform the pooja. Kinyal is in labor pains. Shah worries about Kinjal. Kinjal asks Anupama to stay with her. Vanraj and Anupama take care of Kinjal. Anuj tells Shah not to wait any longer and takes Kinyal to the hospital. Kavya says Kinyal is giving birth.
GK asks Anuj why he is restless. Anuj feels uneasy when Anupama is not with him. He prays for Kinjal and Shah’s happiness. Vanraj takes Kinjal to the hospital. Kinjal asks Anupama to stay with her. Anupama asks Kinjal not to worry. Kinjal urges Anupama to be with her in the NW.
