Nana Patekar is not only a great actor but also a writer and director. People are convinced of his game. He is a multiple winner of the National Film Award and Filmfare Award. Nana was married to actress and bank employee Neelakanti Patekar and they have a son named Malhar Patekar.
Nana’s son Patekar Malhar looks just like Nana. He likes simplicity much like Nana. Malhar studied at Saraswati Mandir High School in Mumbai. He graduated in commerce. Malhar loved working in films since his childhood and was about to work in Prakash Jha’s film, but then Nana and Prakash Jha had a falling out and Nana refused Malhar to work in Prakash Jha’s film.
Malhar later worked as an assistant director on Ram Gopal Varma’s film ‘The Attack of 26\11’. Now he has his own production house which he based on the name of his father Nana Patekar. The name of his production house is Nana Saheb Production House.

Malhar also had an elder brother who died after some time. Nana was very shocked by the death of her son and he remained upset for a long time.
